What is an OKO Blend?
OKO blends are organic, plant-based vegetable purées designed to be used as dips, sauces, spreads, or soup bases. They're fresh, versatile, and made for real life.

How long does OKO stay fresh?
OKO stays fresh in your fridge around a few weeks - just check the expiration date. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 7–10 days . We use high-pressure processing (HPP). This is a method that uses cold water pressure (not heat) to keep food safe and fresh. It helps us avoid preservatives and still give you shelf life — without compromising flavor.
Is OKO refrigerated?
Yes — OKO is a completely fresh product.

Are your blends organic?
Yes, all OKO blends are certified organic.
Are your blends vegan and gluten-free?
Absolutely. OKO blends are 100% plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Are your products Whole30 Approved?
Yes! We’re a proud Whole30 Partner — no added sugars, no dairy, no grains, no preservatives.
What oils do you use?
We use organic extra virgin olive oil for clean, healthy fats — no seed oils or fillers.
Do your products contain nuts?
Yes — we use organic cashews. If you have a nut allergy, please use caution.
Are there preservatives in OKO?
No. Our blends are preserved naturally through HPP (high-pressure processing), without chemical preservatives.
Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide in the United States.
How is OKO shipped?
We ship with cold packs and insulated packaging to keep your blends fresh in transit. Because OKO is totally fresh, we need to keep it chilled, so a flat $6 rate is applied to all orders.
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it goes out.
Do you offer returns?
Because OKO is a fresh product, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s ever an issue, please reach out — we’ll always make it right.
