Welcome to OKO! By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the site or its content.

OKO makes fresh, perishable food. All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment
method for the total amount shown.

WeOur products are perishable and shipped chilled. We offer flat-rate shipping of $6 to ensure your order arrives fresh. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Due to the nature of our fresh food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours at [hello@okofood.com], and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All content on this site — including images, product names, text, and design — is owned by OKO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

By signing up for email updates, you agree to receive emails from us via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

OKO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
